SHIPPING
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of the order date (excluding weekends and holidays).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will accept returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the order purchase date. All items must be returned in like-new, resalable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging (not shipping materials, just product packaging). Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment. Please email info@shopthegoldencod.com for return authorization and return instructions. Once we receive your return/exchange and verify the condition, it will be processed. Please allow 3 weeks for your refund/exchange to be completed.
EXCHANGE SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you are exchanging an item, please note that the return shipping charges to The Golden Cod, LLC as well as shipping charges to send the new item are paid by the customer. Shipping on returned items is non-refundable, unless the reason for the exchange/return is due to a shipping issue that resulted from our error.
THIRD PARTY SALES
The Golden Cod will only return/exchange items purchased directly from The Golden Cod, LLC. If you purchased your item from a third party retailer, please work with them directly to facilitate your return or exchange.
